At Inkon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your Inkon account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
